A man has died after being pulled unconscious from the Kiama Blowhole on the NSW south coast.
The 33-year old man was spotted in the water near the blowhole just before 12:30pm.
He was pulled from the water but went into cardiac arrest and died before he could be flown to hospital.
Three other people have since been rescued.
It is understood the group were scuba diving and had swum around 10 kilometres from a beach further north to get to the blowhole.
They were caught in an undercurrent and the 33-year-old man became separated from the group, getting stuck between rocks.
The other three patients are in a stable condition.
